How can you get started?
Keep your breakfast simple. Who says that breakfast has to consist of breakfast foods? There’s nothing wrong with a good hearty bowl of oatmeal with dried cherries, whole wheat toast with natural peanut butter, or Greek yogurt with fresh blueberries. However, some healthy leftovers, a hearty sandwich, or a fruit smoothie sounds scrumptious!
