Whether it’s your young children or aging parents, too often your needs are overlooked in respect to those who depend on you. Learn from our speaker, April Fan, who will share about her experience as a caregiver and educate you on how to combat caregiver burnout with practical tips and tools to help you find balance between self-care and caregiving. April is the Founder of Senior Resource Central, has worked in skilled nursing facilities around the Pacific Northwest and is a practicing Clinical Dietitian.

Staff from Community Care Network of Kin On will be offering free family caregiver screenings to determine your eligibility for financial and medical support. In your RSVP, please indicate whether you’re a caregiver and whether you would like to sign-up for a free screening session following the workshop. This workshop will be presented in English and Chinese-Mandarin.
